Tinka Milinović

Born in Sarajevo in 1973, where she acquired elementary music education, flute department. In 1991, she left for the USA, and in 1992 she is accepted at Louisiana College, to study solo singing. Graduated in 1996 with honors and continued her graduate studies as an asisstent and a scolarship recepient in the School of Music at University of Louisiana. In 1998 she earned a Master's degree in opera, solo singing and pedadogy. Proved herself academically and artistically. Additionally, she perfected her voice with Martina Arroyo, primadonna of the Metropolitan Opera in New York. Took part in many operas, musicals and operatic scenes. Besides the operatic reportoire, she successfully performed a concert repertoire as well, collaborating with Acadiana Symphony Orchestra and Sarajevo Philharmonic. Worked as a pedagogue of solo singing and as a personal assistant to conductor Jonathan Sheffer in New York.

Took part in BH Eurosong with the song "Sve što imaš ti" in a very noticed stage performance of musical theater. As a backing singer and dancer to Maja Tatic, she went to ESC 2002 in Tallinn. At BH Eurosong 2003, she represents herself with the song 'I'm Never Gonna Fall" where she repeated the stage success. Recorded commercials for radio and television. Had her own talk show on BH Radio 1 "Tinka Show-Bez uvrede" for a year and a half. For three years now has held the position as the host of the most popular show on Federal TV, "TV Bingo Show." During summer, she also hosts the show "Ljeto s FTV." Both in America and Bosnia, she performed as a cabaret, jazz and pop singer, and also in a number of acts that include classical music. In the Sarajevo opera, she played the title role of Sylva Varecsu in operetta "Knegnja Cardasa." Was invited to the Eurovision Show Berlin 2003, as the only representative of Bosnia ever. Is working on her first solo material. Works as a free artist.

Rođena je u Sarajevu 1973. godine gdje stiče osnovno muzičko obrazovanje na odsjeku flauta. 1991. godine odlazi u SAD, a 1992. godine upisuje studij solo pjevanja na Lousiana College. Diplomirala je 1996. godine sa počastima i nastavlja postdiplomski studij kao asistent i stipendista u Školi muzike na University of Louisiana. 1998. godine završava magisterij opere, solo pjevanja i pedagogije. Dokazuje se akademski i umjetnički. Dodatno usavršava glas sa Martinom Arroyo, primadonom Metropolitan Opere u New Yorku.
Ostvaruje veliki broj uloga u operama, mjuziklima i operskim scenama. Pored operskog repertoara uspješno interpretira i koncertni repertoar uz saradnju sa Acadiana Symphony Orchestra i Sarajevskom Filharmonijom. Radila je kao pedagog solo pjevanja i kao lični asistent dirigenta Jonathana Sheffera u New Yorku.

Nastupa na BH Eurosongu 2002. sa pjesmom "Sve što imaš ti" sa vrlo zapaženim scenskim nastupom muzičkog teatra. Kao prateći vokal i plesaćica Maje Tatić odlazi na Eurosong 2002. u Tallinn. Na BH Eurosongu 2003. godine predstavlja se sa pjesmom "I'm Never Gonna Fall" gdje ponavlja scenski uspjeh. Snima reklame za radio i televiziju. Godinu i po dana je imala svoju talk-show emisiju na BH Radiju 1 "Tinka Show-Bez uvrede". Već tri godine je voditeljica najgledanije emisije u BiH "TV Bingo Show" uživo na FTV. Tokom ljeta vodi uživo i emisiju "Ljeto s FTV". U Americi i BiH istovremeno nastupa kao cabaret, jazz i pop pjevačica, a bilježi i brojne nastupe sa repertoarom klasične muzike. U sarajevskoj operi igrala je naslovnu ulogu Sylve Varecsu u opereti "Kneginja Cardaša". Na Eurovision Show Berlin 2003 je bila pozvana i gostovala kao jedini ikad predstavnik BiH. Radi na svom prvom solo materijalu. Djeluje kao slobodni umjetnik.
