This final was held on March 8th in a BHT studio. There was a small orchestra in the studio and the host was Ismeta Krvavac. Davorin Popovic was chosen by BHT to represent Bosnia. This was done to acknowledge him as one of the greatest Bosnian artists ever. Also, in 1993 a Bosniac had represented Bosnia, in 1994 it was a Bosniac and a Bosnian Serb, so they wanted a Bosnian Croat this time. Since Davorin is a Bosnian Croat, it was one of the reasons he was chosen. He sang all eight songs in their entirety.
