1 The Player
a Shall be a registered member of http://forum.eurobosniamp3.com.
b Shall not make their selection public until it is revealed to all in the game.
c Shall submit the required audio file and lyrics and optionally, song and artist information by the designated deadline.

2 The Song
a Shall have been released from 2005 to 2008.
b Shall be an American song.
c Eurovision songs and national final songs (including covers) are not eligible for entry.
d Players are discouraged from entering international hits.
e Songs previously entered in Worldbeat and Onebeat (including covers, remakes and re-recordings of such songs) are not eligible for entry.

3 The Artist(s)
a Shall be a significant part of the local scene, i.e. the artist is from the same political, linguistic or cultural area and regularly releases records there.

4 Voting
a All active players shall vote by giving 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 10 and 12 points to their top 10 songs; when there are fewer than 11 songs, players shall vote for all songs except their own and shall omit the lowest points as necessary. Players may not vote for their own song.
b Votes shall not be made public before final results are online, but shall be sent to eurobosnia (at) hotmail.com or through the voting form on main page of current edition.
c Votes shall only be accepted 48 hours (2 days) after edition is open; see rule 5a.
d Votes must be received by the designated deadline.

5 General
a Within 2 days following opening of edition, players may point out facts - publicly or by e-mailing the organizer - that may disqualify entries for failing to comply with rules under 2 and 3 above. After 2 days, no entry or player shall be penalized for breaking these rules.
b Ties for first place in the final are not broken and all songs are proclaimed winners.
c The organizer reserves the right to refuse any selection and request another or remove the country/player from the current game.
