The newcomers are stepping it up, folks! Not a single person that's played WB for a long, long time in the top 5. As you can see, it was very tight between the first 6 songs. Throughout the voting, victory changed hands constantly. In the end, it was Gemma's very first try lucky! For me, a very good winner, even if unexpected (do we ever not have those in WB?).

Good job Gemma, I hope you stick around and give us more stuff like this. Geert, who kept complaining to me from the very beginning that he'd end up at the bottom, takes away the second place followed by Sam and his wonderful choice for Macedonia (good comeback!). Renato, who led the pack for a long time, ends up respectable joint fourth with Rastko's second Worldbeat song. Good job all of you. For me, this was a succesful edition.
