Spain Raya Real - Rociadora 1989 Jesus

ROCIADORA

Rociadora, rociadora
Rociadora
La vida es de rocío, rociadora
La vida es de rocío, rociadora

Rociadora

Carretas, vienen carretas
asomando al olivar
asomando al olivar
Carretas, vienen carretas
asomando al olivar
Carretas, vienen carretas
asomando al olivar

asomando al olivar
Parecen palomas blancas
que buscan donde anidar
parecen palomas blancas
que buscan donde anidar

Carretas
carretas Paloma Blanca
a pinar sombrío
no me preguntes nada
voy p'al Rocío

.
ROCIADORA

Rociadora, rociadora
Rociadora
Life is rocío, rociadora
Life is rocío, rociadora

Rociadora
Rocío my soul that you are in love
Rocío my soul that you are in love

Give to give
Gypsy to the dove, give to give
Gypsy, the dove that's dancing

From fire of sand
She left the boot

She left the boot
From fire of sand
She left the boot
From fire of sand
She left the boot

She left the boot
And the voice of singer
They have broken
And the voice of singer
They have broken

And the sand
On which she walks, and the sand
On which she walks a mark was left

Mist has the burn
To scratch the day
To scratch the day
Mist has the burn
To scratch the day
Mist has the burn
To scratch the day

To scratch the day
The towel and the bucket
And the cold water
The towel and the bucket
And the cold water
The towel and the cube
And the cold water
Rocío of fire
Desire of the soul
Who has discovered
Without shelter and without blanket
The body suffers

Carts, come carts
Hovering for olive groves
Hovering for olive groves
Carts, come carts
Hovering for olive groves
Carts, come carts
Hovering for olive groves

Hovering for olive groves
White doves appear
Looking where to nest
White doves appear
Looking where to nest

Carts
Carts, white dove
To shaded pinegrove
Do not ask me anything
I go to the Rocío

"Rociadora" is a song that the group Raya Real dedicated to the Virgen del Rocio, one of the most devout virgins of southern Spain. There followers of the Virgen del Rocio sing and dance and then comes the song "Rociadora." Both in English and Spanish, the word "Rociadora" has no translation, but comes from the Virgen del Rocio, which is known in Spain as a popular religious folklore.

That's why the lyrics of the song "Rociadora" has phrases that can not be translated into English or any other language.

Here is a video of the Pilgrimage of the Virgen del Rocio, many singers sing songs devoted to her: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hyX38bjwPfI&feature=related

And in the second video is the anthem of the Virgen del Rocio, with the lyrics very similar to that of "Rociadora":
